Our services are available in Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, Selangor and other areas in Malaysia, as specified on our website. We provide free consultations and aim to deliver high-quality services with our Done Right Promise.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking or requesting services.
- Have the authority to request services for the property in question (e.g. as a homeowner, tenant or authorized representative).
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: Services can be booked via our website, phone and email. You agree to provide accurate details about your service needs and property.
- Pricing: Service costs will be provided during the consultation or booking process. Prices may vary based on the scope of work, materials or location.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and credit card. Late payments may incur additional fees.
- Cancellations: You may cancel a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

- Subcontractors: We may use trusted subcontractors to perform certain services. All subcontractors are held to our quality and professionalism standards.
5. Customer Responsibilities
